Skilled Migration
General Skilled Migration
People who are not sponsored by an employer, but have skills in occupations can apply for general Skilled Migration, which offers permanent visa of Australia. All types of visa under this program provide permanent residency – without having a sponsoring employer. To apply for this visa, applicant must be over 18 and under 50 years of age, have good English language and also have the skills and qualifications for an occupation listed on Australia’s Skilled Occupation List. A skills assessment is mandatory. Applicant spouse/partner and immediate members of the family may be included in the application.
Employer Migration
People who are nominated by an Australian employer to work as full-time positions can apply for Employer Migration Visa. Applicant must be under 50 years of age for this class. For the Direct Entry Stream a skills assessment with the relevant skills assessing authority will be taken place with a suitable result. Recent work experience in the nominated occupation, which appears in the skilled list, is required.
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme
This visa is a permanent residence visa for skilled workers who want to work in regional Australia. Applicant have been nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in regional Australia (regional Australia does not include the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong or Melbourne)
482 Temporary Business Visa
This is the most frequently used program for employers to sponsor overseas workers to get work authorization in Australia. Employment background of the applicant is relevant and is consistent with the position to be performed. Your spouse/partner and other members of the family can be included in the application
407 Training Visa
The 407 visa allows Australian organisations to sponsor applicants on a temporary basis to participate in occupational training or professional development activities. Australian organisations must be approved as training sponsors to be able to nominate an applicant for the 407 visa.

Visitor Visa and Tourist Visa
Working Holiday Visa
This type of visa is for people who want to live and Work the great lifestyle of Australia for up to a year. This visa is for people are at least 18 but not yet 31 years of age and don’t have a dependent child with them at any time during your stay in Australia.
Sponsored Family Visitor
This is a visa for people who want to visit their family in Australia. It is valid for up to 12 months and a sponsorship by the Australian relative is required.
Student Visa
Higher Education Visa
This type of visa allows staying in Australia to study a full-time higher education course. This visa is designed for international students applying to study in Australia at a participating education provider. This Visa can be eligible for streamlined Visa Processing if the main course is advanced diploma, Bachelor degree or a Masters by coursework.
Student Guardian Visa
This type of visa allows you to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student younger than 18 years of age studying in Australia on a student visa and in exceptional circumstances, as the guardian of an international student over 18 years of age studying in Australia on a student visa.
Vocational Education and Training Visa
This type of visa allows staying in Australia to study a full-time vocational education and training course. And this Visa can also be eligible for Streamlined Visa if the main course of study is an Advanced Diploma level course.
